Can I get a refund for my purchase?

Like most colleges and universities, refunds are generally not permitted after school begins. Please understand that the content provided at Global Real Estate School is proprietary information, and allowing students to take the course, copy the information and then quit and ask for a refund is something we cannot risk.  If you pay for a round of golf and decide after three holes you do not want to finish the round; unfortunately, you are out of the monies you paid to the golf course.  If you buy clothing at a department store and wear the clothes for several days on various occasions, the store may not be willing to provide a refund to you.  We hope you understand that our business is no different than the businesses described above.  Therefore, refunds are not allowed.

However, we do have several options available for you:

1. Put your course on hold, and come back at a later date.  APPROVAL FROM THE SCHOOL IN ADVANCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS OPTION.  Also, note that we might have to reset your course to the beginning, depending on the period elapsed. 
2. You may sell or give your course to someone else and ask that we transfer the course to them.  They will need to start the course from the beginning and NOT pick up where you left off.  APPROVAL FROM THE SCHOOL IN ADVANCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS OPTION.
