No Audio or No Sound Playing During the Course
Sometimes you may encounter a slide with no audio. This normally can happen on the app, or while viewing the course from a mobile phone or tablet device. Please know that ALL slides do have recorded audio, so if this happens, you might try the following:
- First, re-play the slide from the player bar. Located below the slide. Also referred to as the timer bar.
- Second, if on a mobile device, try logging out and then back in. You may need to completely close out of the app, (on Apple devices, this is sliding your finger up to close all of the way out of the app).
If you still do not hear any audio, please report the slide number and chapter to John@GlobalRealEstateSchool.com
