Why are there two more final exams at the end of my course?

I noticed that at the end of my state law modules it shows the state final exam, and then shows the national exam as well.  I thought I had already taken the final national exam at the end of the national modules?  I was wondering why it’s showing another final exam? Or do I have to take the final national exam again?
