I purchased your exam coach and have not received any link to open the program.  Be sure and wait at least 10-15 minutes (although you should receive the link much faster).  If you have still not received your login instructions/email, make certain your internet connection is still valid.  

Next, check your spam, junk or trash folders to make sure the email did not end up being forwarded to one of those folders.
