Can I Deduct My Course Purchase on My Tax Return?

One of the questions you may very will see on the real estate exam is a scenario where a consumer or client ask you for advise or information that is out of your educational background or speciality.  “What is the correct answer for the exam?”  “Advise the customer/client to seek expert advice from an attorney, tax account or builder/engineer.”

My answer to this question is the same as the exam, I would advise you to check with your tax accountant regarding this question.  There are many tax laws and details for deducting educational expenses, therefore, I do not know the answer for your specific tax situation.
