Where Can I Print Out the State Material?

Look inside your course dashboard under the additional references tab.  Each state will have the License Law code book published by the real estate commission, (a little challenging to read).  Therefore, we have prepared a "cheat sheet" for each state.  The cheat sheet condenses the information into easily digestible nuggets.  

You will cover the cheat sheet with your course instructor by video.  The cheat sheet is designed to cover each section of the test outline.  Please note, the cheat sheet and accompanying video are the last sections you will cover in your state portion of the course. 

Be sure and take good notes as you go through the state modules.  Your notes, along with the cheat sheet and video will help you pass the state portion of the exam on your first attempt.
