If you are stuck in your module, try logging out and then logging back in. If that does not work, your next options are:
Try logging in from another computer or device, for example, your mobile phone, another computer, or a tablet.
Still having issues, you can always reboot your computer and try moving forward after a fresh reboot to your system.

One more note: If your issue is after hours, or, you do not hear from us within a given time frame, please feel free to go to the review modules in your course dashboard. The review modules are "unlocked," so you can use the menu button and drop down to the slide you were stuck on and proceed forward. We will mark the main module complete, so you do not have to repeat the information unless you choose to do so. However, you MUST log back into the "main" course to finish the rest of the modules in order to have the course work counted as credit toward your certificate. This option is only to help you continue to study while the issue is being resolved, NOT a permanent option for you to finish the course.
