Third Party Service Provider (Utah State Definitions)

"Third party service provider" means an individual or entity that provides a service necessary to the closing of a specific transaction and includes: mortgage brokers; mortgage lenders; loan originators; title service providers; attorneys; appraisers; providers of document preparation services; providers of credit reports; property condition inspectors; settlement agents; real estate brokers; marketing agents; insurance providers; and providers of any other services for which a principal or investor will be charged.
